Spraying Laser Particle Size Analyzers -
PSA311xp measures the size distribution of droplets dispersed in sprays, with a measurement range from 0.2 – 100um. Based on the laser scattering theory, the optical system comprising double lenses and double detector arrays performs non-contact measurements on droplets dispersed within the air. Its design ensures smooth sprays and minimizes the pollution on the lenses.
If combined with wet/dry dispersing system it can also measure the size distribution of solid particles.
Main Features:
Measurement principle: The double lenses and double detector arrays measure the scattered laser at different angles, and such a laser intensity vs scattering angle spectrum is used to decide the droplet size distribution using the laser scattering theory. An unconstrained fitting program processes the data and can obtain accurate results for any sorts of size distributions.
Novel technique: The double lenses and double detector arrays ensure a high resolution of the scattering angles, and such a design extended the lower measurement limit.
Smart design: Winner311xp is pretty small, and can be easily installed and operated. It’s very useful for studying aerosol spray nozzles and fuel oil spray nozzles.
Contamination proof The lenses are isolated from the contamination of the droplets.
Rich software functions: Beside the basic function of analyzing the size distributions, the software also has the following features:
The output has rich content including: size distribution, R-R distribution, logarithmic distribution, statistics within different size ranges, volume distribution, number distribution, the percentage of particles of a certain size, or a certain size range, and comparison of multiple results.
The output could be in Word, Excel, Bmp pictures and Text formats, and this makes easy viewing and referencing the results at different situations.
It supports English and Chinese languages, and it can be changed to many other language versions according to the user’s needs.
Calibration: Throughout the measurable size ranges the instrument is calibrated with China’s standard reference particulate materials. The resolution and accuracy are guaranteed.
