Dynamic Particle Image Analyzers - We developed PSA100 to surmount the shortcomings of the traditional static particle image analyzers. PSA100 analyzes particle sizes and shapes. It is a powerful instrument and is not an auxiliary method in particuology any more.  Ultrasonic dispersion minimized aggregation of particles and therefore improved the accuracy of measurement results.  A high speed camera images moving particles. This removed some errors in the static methods.  The maximum number of particles being analyzed is not limited; therefore the statistical results are more representative.  Winner 100 analyzes both the size and the shape. The report could include more than ten items such as size distribution, sphericity and draw ratio etc.  The reproducibility and accuracy of its results are comparable to those of laser particle analyzers, but the measurable range is far broader  Powder software collects images at high speeds; meanwhile it displays the images, analyzes particle size/shape, defocuses and records all data for further analysis. So it could be used for on-line measurements.
